1. Embodiment: At its heart, Physical AI posits that the body is not just a passive container for a brain, but an active participant in the cognitive process. Case Study: Shakey the Robot - The First "Person"

  1. Low-level actions: Basic motor controls for moving and turning.
  2. Intermediate-level actions: Short routines for navigating through doorways or pushing boxes.
